Tesla Charge Ports

Tesla charge ports are located at the left back tail light. You can tap the light or open the port from the touch screen.

Functions of Touch Screen

The touch screen in Teslas operates almost everything in the car, including:

• Unlocking the charge port
• Releasing the charger from the vehicle
• Opening/closing automatic doors
• Locating charging stations

To operate the vehicle:

• Push the gear shifter on the right of the steering wheel
  • Down for drive
  • Up for reverse
  • Press in the side button for park
• Use the charging adapter at non-Tesla chargers and leave the adapter with the vehicle to avoid fines.

• Model 3: 303 miles
• General: 250 miles - 285 miles

Charging at Non-Tesla Stations

An adapter is required to charge a Tesla at a non-Tesla charging station. Simply slide the adapter onto the end of the charging handle and insert it into the vehicle charge port. Each Envoy vehicle comes with an adapter; keep it with the vehicle to avoid a $100 fine if lost.

For any charging needs on the go, use the Tesla touch screen to find a nearby Tesla charger.

Supercharging Fees

Currently, Envoy is not covering the cost of supercharging Envoy vehicles. The driver is responsible for any supercharging fees and idle fees, along with a $2.00 administrative fee.
