Vehicle Reservation Process with Envoy Mobility

Driver reserves vehicle using the Envoy Mobility app.

Unlocking the Vehicle

At the time of reservation, the driver stands next to the vehicle to unlock it via the Envoy Mobility app.

Returning the Vehicle

The driver returns the vehicle back to the Culver Mobility Hub.

Completing the Reservation

The driver completes the post-ride checklist in the Envoy Mobility app and ends the reservation.

Controls

• Push Up = Reverse
• Pull Down = Drive
• Push In = Park

Charging Information

Tesla charge ports are part of the left back tail light. Tap the light or open the port from the touchscreen.

App Functions

Unlock doors, unlock charge port, navigate to destination, find chargers…pretty much everything! If you get a "Tap Card" message, press unlock in the Envoy app.
