Vehicle Reservation Process

1. Reserving the Vehicle
   Driver reserves vehicle using the Envoy Mobility app.

2. Unlocking the Vehicle
   At time of reservation, driver stands next to vehicle to unlock vehicle via Envoy Mobility app.

3. Returning the Vehicle
   Driver returns the vehicle back to the Culver Mobility Hub.

4. Completing the Trip
   Driver completes post-ride checklist in the Envoy Mobility app and ends the reservation.

Vehicle Operation Controls

• Push Up = Reverse
• Pull Down = Drive
• Push In = Park

Tesla Charge Ports

Tesla charge ports are part of the left back tail light. Tap the light, or open port from the touch screen.

App Functionality

Unlock doors, unlock charge port, navigate to destination, find chargers…pretty much everything! If you get "Tap Card" message, press unlock in Envoy app.
